Agency / Subcontracting Policy

I primarily work with direct clients and do not accept subcontracted assignments from agencies unless the end client is allowed to work with me directly.

If you are a translation agency, please note:

1. I accept work only when the end client may communicate with me directly as needed for clarification.

2. The end client must submit the request via my website and complete my quote inquiry form personally. Agencies may not submit or complete the form on the client’s behalf.

3. I do not work under “white-label” arrangements where I am not permitted to contact the end client.

4. For certified translations, I can only stamp/sign translations that I personally translate and finalize from the source documents.

If these conditions do not work for your workflow, I may not be the right fit.

Politique relative aux agences et à la sous-traitance

Je travaille principalement avec des clients directs et je n’accepte pas de missions sous-traitées par des agences, sauf si le client final est autorisé à collaborer directement avec moi.

Si vous êtes une agence de traduction, veuillez noter :

1. J’accepte les projets uniquement lorsque le client final peut communiquer directement avec moi en cas de besoin pour toute clarification.

2. Le client final doit soumettre la demande via mon site web et remplir lui-même le formulaire de demande de devis. Les agences ne sont pas autorisées à soumettre ou remplir le formulaire à la place du client.

3. Je n’accepte pas de travailler dans le cadre d’arrangements dits « en marque blanche » où il m’est interdit de contacter le client final.

4. Pour les traductions certifiées, je ne peux apposer mon cachet ou ma signature que sur les traductions que j’ai personnellement réalisées à partir des documents sources.

Si ces conditions ne correspondent pas à votre mode de fonctionnement, je ne suis probablement pas la personne qu’il vous faut.

中介機構轉委章程

凡譯務 我處素以終端客人為先 多親接客人委託 原則不受中介機構轉包之案 凡翻譯中介機構擬轉委案件 非得允許終端客人與我處直接往復者 概不承接 換言之 惟終端客人得以直接與我處往來者 則另議

若屬翻譯機構 須知如下

一、凡受其事 終端客人須得隨時就文件 術語 交付之細目 得與我處徑相問答 以資核實釐清文義

二、終端客人須親自經我處網站提出請求 並自填詢價表以立案 機構不得代筆代填 亦不得代為呈交

三、我處不受「白標」之委辦 凡所謂「白標」之制 限制我處與終端客人接洽通訊者 均不相合概不受之

四、凡涉認證譯件 惟限我處親自自原文翻譯 校定而成者 方可加蓋戳記並署名 換言之 我處僅能為親自翻譯並定稿之譯文加蓋認證簽章 他人所譯者縱供參考 亦不為之署押

若以上諸條不合貴方行事之流程 則恐非我處所宜相佐 我處恐非適任之選 尚祈鑒諒
