About Me

To me, translation is not merely the transfer of words, but the practice of integrity — preserving nuance, tone, and intent with loyalty to both the author and the reader.

I am a certified translator in good standing with the Society of Translators and Interpreters of British Columbia (S.T.I.B.C.) and the Association of Translators and Interpreters of Ontario (A.T.I.O.), and I adhere to the code of ethics set forth by S.T.I.B.C. and A.T.I.O.

I am currently certified by S.T.I.B.C. to translate both from English to Chinese and from Chinese to English, and by A.T.I.O. for Chinese to English translation. I have been a member of STIBC since 2011 and an ICBC-approved translator since 2012. I joined ATIO in May 2025.

I specialize in the translation of official documents across jurisdictions, including Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and others, in both Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
